To ensure our community is a safe and friendly place where everyone can enjoy themselves, the following code of conduct is expected to be followed by all members. Failure to do so can result in infractions up to/and including permanent removal from our forum.
If you feel that a post/member has broken any of these rules you can PM a member of the mod/admin team or use the button to alert the admin team.
Copying material.
What happens at MIS, stays at MIS. Please do not copy and paste information from this forum to any other forums, email, or elsewhere, without the express written consent of the original poster. This includes paraphrasing information. Things posted on this forum are considered confidential as they were shared by the poster "in confidence".
No Inappropriate content.
Do not post any messages that contain excessive foul language, are obscene, pornographic, degrading, racist, or otherwise vulgar. Please use good judgment when choosing user names, avatars, or images to post.
No personal attacks, trolling, bullying or other disruptive behavior.
Personal attacks, threats, flaming, harassment of others, abusive arguments, trolling, bullying or other forms of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Challenge others' points of view and opinions by all means, but do so respectfully and thoughtfully.
No sale or trade posts outside of the Fashionista Section (Buy/Sell/Trade Section) or Promote Your Business Section (Fashionably Approved Vendor Section).
'For sale' posts or other such posts directly selling or trading items, are not permitted outside of the B/S/T section. Anyone who participates in B/S/T must follow the specific guidelines set forth in that section. Please understand that we will help you moderate transactions as needed, but B/S/T is fully at your own risk. This includes ISO (in search of) posts. Also, in order to advertise in your signature, you must subscribe to the Fashion District and have b/s/t access.
Message Removal / Editing.
Community owners and staff reserve the right to edit, move or delete any post deemed to be in violation of the above rules or the below TOS.
Multiple Accounts
Each member may only have one registered account at any time. Multiple accounts may be terminated at the administrators discretion.
Signatures
Please be sure and limit siggy sizes to approximately 500 pixels wide and 300 pixels high. This means that photos, iso's, etc. should NOT be stacked (they can be side-by-side). You can have more than one photo but the total siggy size should not exceed approximately 300 pixels high. In order to have a link in your signature to your business or etsy store, you must be a Fashionista (buy/sell/trade) subscriber. If you wish to Promote your Business, you must be a Fashionably Approved Vendor subscriber.
